Vintage wedding videography…

The two of us, Angus and Vic, have been mad about film cameras for years. But it wasn’t until we shot a few rolls of Super 8 at a friend’s wedding that we realised vintage videography and weddings are the perfect match. And that’s when Carousel Films was born.

We love how every Super 8 camera and roll of film creates something totally unique – just like every couple we work with. A special part of our work is getting to know couples before their wedding and learning their vision for the day so we can capture it best. And we have plenty of laughs along the way, which helps us to grab those candid moments – the big ones and the little ones.

When couples see their wedding film for the first time, many tell us that it made them feel exactly how they felt on the day. To us, that’s the best reaction we could ask for.
